Bio and Interests:
Andres Godoy (M’02) received the B.S. and Ph.D._x000D_ degrees in physics from the University of Granada,_x000D_ Granada, Spain, in 1993 and 1997, respectively._x000D_ He is currently a Professor with the Department of Electronics, University of Granada. He was a Visiting Researcher with the Beckman Institute, University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign. His current research interests include Monte Carlo simulation of semiconductor devices, noise modeling, and nanoelectronics.
